Sam Davis Fowler was born to the late Velma Patton and Sam Fowler Sr. He departed this life September 11, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital, Memphis, Tenn. He confessed a hope in Christ at a young age.
He was preceded in death by his mother Velma Patton and his father Sam Fowler Sr. his sister Lovie Jean Fowler.
He leaves to cherish memories a very special partner in his life Connie L. Larry of Forrest City, AR. Two special brothers: His twin LC Fowler Jessie(Dorothy) of Little Rock, AR, Freddie Lee Fowler, Marianna, AR, and one special sister Essie B. Robinson(Charles) of Marianna, AR. Five children Sam Fowler III (Yvonne) of Germany, Therese (Avery) Marvin Fowler of Little Rock, AR, Linda Fowler (Jessie) and Wanda Fowler (Clarence) of Marianna, AR.
13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
